Returning Patients
Returning/existing patients may choose to schedule their appointment online, but please note the following:
- Online scheduling is NOT available for all breast reduction and Emergency Department follow-up appointments. You must call our office at 609-537-7000 to schedule these appointments.
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.
- Office visits related to cosmetic procedures with Dr. Tuma will require a $150 consult fee.
- We will respond to your inquiry by the end of the next business day after your inquiry is received.

You may contact members of our team by email with specific questions about payment policies or non-urgent care questions for our nurses. You can also email our office manager with any feedback about your visit with us. If you have scheduled a procedure and have a question about your surgery day, contact our patient coordinator. While we check our emails frequently, response time may vary. Please call the office if you need to speak to someone immediately.
